Once school is dismissed, students enrolled in Weekday Warriors will meet with Coach at the pre-designated “Gathering Location.”
Coach will then walk the students to the location on campus where class will be held.
At the conclusion of class Coach will walk students who are registered with the school’s extended day program to their appropriate location and then the remaining students to the pre-designated “Sign Out” location.
3:00-3:05 – Attendance, Dynamic Stretch
3:05-3:20 – Laps, Quick Activity, Water Break
3:25-3:40 – Circuit Exercises, Skill Development
3:40-4:00 – Game/Activity, Water Break
4:00-4:05 – Pack Up, Dismissal
2:00-2:05 – Attendance, Dynamic Stretch
2:05-2:20 – Laps, Quick Activity, Water Break
2:25-2:40 – Circuit Exercises, Skill Development
2:40-3:00 – Game/Activity, Water Break
3:00-3:05 – Pack Up, Dismissal
* On Wednesday’s that there is no early release, class will be held from 3:00-4:05*
